No money charges. I had winners who didn't have the credits to purchase gift cards and ended up relisting them. It happened about a month ago with an Amazon gift card.

Yeah I had a lady who claimed to of won other gift card auctions and didn't have the credits to purchase the gift card she won. It was a $3 Amazon gift card too.
