There are a lot of people out there who wants a refund simply because they've changed their minds, don't want it anymore or it doesn't fit, etc. etc. Therefore, I do not offer refunds or buyer's remorse. The buyers can always re-list the item on Listia (or anywhere else, for that matter). I'm completely ok with that. I am an honest seller who offers free shipping on all of my auctions, start all the auctions out at 499, ships items out quickly with tracking (if stated) and describes it to the best of my ability. That is MY reason for stating that. Hope this helps.
