Purchased new for $40 but used for less than a year before I moved and no longer needed a wireless router so it's in great condition.

Comes with a stand so router can stand vertically, saving a lot of space! (loved that feature!)
Wireless antennae is adjustable, depending on whether it is vertical or hortizontal

If your provider takes that type ADSL service and that modem is compatible with ADSL/ADSL2+ then it should work. It is always recommended that you check with your DSL Provider before purchasing any modem.
