I AM CHANGING THE LISTING A LITTLE BIT AS I WAS UNABLE TO FIND A CHARGER TO TEST THE PHONE SO I AM GOING TO SAY FOR PARTS OR FIX JUST IN CASE IT DOES NOT WORK, BUT AS I STATED IN THE COMMENTS I AM ABOUT 80% SURE THAT THE PHONE IS STILL COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL. PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS FOR ANY CONCERNS SOME MAY HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED ALREADY

This phone has been sitting and not been powered on or used in over a year, but the last time it was on, it did work, it accepts a micro sd, and a AT&T sim chip.

As I am not selling the phone for parts or fix that is me making no guarantee that it works or not, I could not find a charger that would fit the phone to test for sure, so as it stands there will be no refund for the phone if it doesn't work as I have stated to all bidders that the phone possibly does not function, if it does work it would be a benefit if the bidder was expecting the phone to not function. I do apologize for all of the confusion here.

It wasn't dropped, it was from my daughter handling the phone when she was 14 months old, so she drooled on it a little bit, it has been wiped off with an alcohol wipe though, and I can send some alcohol towelettes if one is not totally comfortable. As for the GIN, I have not been established on Listia yet, so I can't list an auction with a GIN. For that I am truly sorry :( I do wish you the best of luck finding a new phone!

I will look for a charger that will charge it up and do an update on it within the next 24 hours to put if it is functional or not. If it does function I will post some new pictures up showing it on and working, if not I will note that it is non functional, but I am about 90% sure that it still works, but will test it to make sure so everyone knows.

Why did you change the title to "For parts/Fix"? You stated you would see if the phone works and get back to us about it. There's 29 hours left on the auction and still no remarks on whether or not the phone works... I don't care, personally, if you know that it does or not... I just want a refund if the phone does not function... I don't plan on sending it to at&t so I could care less about the moisture damage either. Can you give me a straight answer on the refund please?
