This is a 2011 Topps "60 Years of Topps" #60YOT-27 Nolan Ryan and Phil Niekro Insert card.
Ryan is pictured here with the Angels; Niekro is with the Braves.
The card reprints 1978 Topps #206.
Due to Ryan's popularity and the scarcity of the card as compared to it's 1978 counterpart, this reprint books slightly higher than the original.

IMPORTANT:
