I used it one season and this is too warm for me in NC. Rather see it go to someone who can use it with their winters. Very comfortable and soft.

No holes or stains.
Very good condition!

It measures 12 inches at the seam. My mattress is 9 inches and it fit nicely. There are two pillow cases, one flat sheet and one fitted sheet. Thank you for asking.
