NASCAR hall of famer Bill Elliot autographed card. 100% authentic. There's a little story to this one. I went to hall of fame in Charlotte last year for a legends signing. I had a die cast and 2 cards. When I handed him the cards the first one he signed looked like the one you are bidding one. He apologized to me for the bad ink and used a new sharpie on the other card. I thought that was very nice of him and thanked him. Some how on my travels home it got a small scratch in the top as seen in pic. No idea how.
