this i assume are more like for a boy.

the camuflashed one is carter's. very soft. never used as you can see by how clean the soles are.
the trucks one is also carter's. very soft. never used as you can see by how clean the soles are too.
the lighting McQueen was the only one that got used. but still has lots of life in it for a little lucky boy.

they are all aprox 21" from shoulder to crotch. aprox 13" - 14" from armpit to armpit.
foot is aprox 6.5" from tip of toe to heel (not sure what shoe size this makes) 3.5" wide foot.
