This works on Vista, NO. That is why I am getting rid of it. I have no immediate plans to upgrade to WIndows 7, which should have no problem with it (check with your dealer or repair person about that)... It is meant for XP. Which I do have to down grade to, but it is such a pain in the butt to change operating systems.

No, you do not need to have Photoshop or Premeire CS to use this. It is complete. It is Photoshop Lite, so to speak. A scaled down, more user-friendly version of the popular, though complicated Adobe Creative Suite Elements here.

yea this is nice sadly i have vista on my comp but my dad had xp or w/e on his and i knoe he ll love it too so imma have to keep an eye on this for him.
