This is just like a "Day-Timer" Brand, Do Everything For You Thingy. This one is made by Maxim Collection. Get your life all organized. It has 2 zippered sections. One section has a 6-ring binder thing, with all sorts of places in it to tell you how to walk, talk, and breathe right. That section has 1 open pocket, a pen, a ruler, a note pad, a planner, address & phone number thing....just about everything you can think of. Oh yes....it also has a calendar. It's a 2003-2004-2005-2006 calendar, but you can always replace that part. The Old Bat bought one of these EVERY stinking year....and never used them even one time. BUT, she says.....if she ever DID want to use it....she had it! HaHaHaHaHa! Now, the other zippered section opens up to 4 open pockets, a zippered change purse, and 6 credit card slots. It also has a cell phone pouch on the front...and a handle.
