What fabic is this and I usually wear a size 12 because I have really wide hips but overall okay body shape, do you think it will be like a flowy material?

This shirt measures 26 inches flat across the bust and 26 inches in length. It is 100% polyester (thin so it's sheer), and it's made in India. It would be a great oversized flowing shirt...but since it's a 20W it may be a little big for you. I guess anyone could wear it opened with a cami underneath and it would be cute. Hope that helps.
