I did take this out of the package to open it and look at the color, but did not use it. I didn't care for the color for myself. I've tried taping it back up, but the tape isn't sticking, so that's why it looks the way it does in the pictures. It is a dual-ended eyeliner. One end is the precision tip eyeliner and the other end is a built-in sharpener/smudger.

PLEASE READ: Since this is small enough to fit into a 4x7 envelope, I will do free shipping on this, but without tracking. If you want or need tracking, then the shipping fee applies. Please be honest about receiving it if you don't have it tracked. Thanks. :)
