I bought this very recently and tried it out a couple of times. It's too bright for me, and it's not like a don't take pharmaceuticals already to keep me from being depressed...Anyway I think exercise is the best way to avoid depression, which I do.

However many people swear by this machine, including my counselor, so I thought I would give it a try. It gets a very high rating for this kind of thing on Amazon of 4.3 stars out of 5. Fakespot.com gives those ratings an "A" grade, although the company normally gets a "B" rating.
