The winner of this auction will receive this 160 year old St. George the Dragon Slayer 1857 Bank Token shown in the attached photos. This coin is banged up but all letters and images are very readable, it has a nice even copper color. So despite a few nicks it is not a bad coin. It is similar to the US Hard Times or Civil War Tokens that were minted by private companies because of the shortage of small denomination coins for everyday transactions
