Everything you need to start recording home movies. VHS-C tape camcorder recording system. Everything works great. Includes VHS-C blank tapes and camera bag. Will mount to a Tri-pod (not included). Great zoom effect.

If you want to view on a home VHS Player, you will need to add a VHS-C to VHS cartridge adapter. I see they start at $7.50 and up on Amazon.

It does not connect via USB at all. This was a tape only Video Camcorder. Thanks for looking.

and how long woll the battery last before it has to be charged up?

The tapes are 30 minutes and I think it lasts for the entire recording. We used AC and a Tri-pod for most of our home recordings ( Christmas morning).
