Only worn and washed once. I got this a few years ago for Halloween when I was working at the Cincinnati Zoo. I was also going to school for nursing at the time and thought I was going to get more use out of this but haven't. My loss is your gain.It has Tigers, Monkeys (Mommy and Baby Monkeys), Pineapples, Elephants, Giraffes, Flamingos and various jungle leaves. It is the most beautiful scrub top I have ever seen, the pictures do not do it justice. There are 2 pockets, one on each side.
