World War II V-Mail form. In an effort to reduce size of mail sent to military forces overseas during the war, V-Mail letter forms were used to write the letter. The forms would be phtographed and the film containing hundreds of letters would be sent overseas, developed there and copy of V-mail would be gotten to the military person. This is an unused,genuine WWII V-mail form and winner gets form shown in the photos. NOTE--The V-Mail poster is NOT included and added only for illustration and historical purposes.
