The listing, CREATURE CARD #22 ATC! ORIGINAL ARTWORK BY RHONDA CHASE (ACEO) has ended.

This auction is for Creature card #22 in the ATC edition of Creature Cards. This drawing was created the day it was posted. This card is the standard regulation size of 3.5" x 2.5". It is done in graphite on Smooth Bristol Paper 100lb.
My goal is to spread art around the globe and what better place then here, at what better price then free! I will attempt to make and post a new card every day for the whole year!

I encourage the winning bidder to give the creature a name if they like :) (and any other information about the character such as gender, scale and any other defining attributes they choose)

These are so coooool! Having the pleasure of capturing a few of these creatures to call my own, the Winner will find that these are even more amazing when viewed "up close and personal" as the details really stand out!

For some odd reason, this piece reminds me of a cross between the cheshire cat and the hatter from Alice in Wonderland... could just be me though!

When I figured out the middle one was an eye an not a nose, I had to laugh......figured you were REALLY trying to "focus" that day!!! More eyes must mean more focus in my world!

lol. I went to go see what had happened that day. As I was finishing the drawing I started to get a migraine so I didn't blog about it. All I remember was Ash and I having a discussion about patterns and she is why there is a stripe on the brim of the hat. SO you might be right. Yep no nose just three eyes. lol

I never know how the cards will do. It is nice to see how many people like this one. I think this card was mostly based on wanting to draw a top hat :) I do use some inspirations on many of the cards, like images from my dinosaur book or my cartooning book, but I try it make them into something different. Basically a free association style. I blog about them everyday if your interested. Unfortunately there isn't much about this card because I was getting a migraine after drawing it. Some cards come out of nowhere :) I like to say that they become what they want to be. Thanks for the fan!
