I have been making many mugs and vessels lately and as much as it pains me to let my creations go, i need to make room for more of them!
This one is technically a second.***

This is one of my handthrown hand carved handmade high fired stoneware mugs --made with beautiful chocolate colored ceramic clay. :)

The glaze is foodsafe & free of flaws. It's a deep specked blue like looking far into space. (It's called "blue hare's fur" actually).

The handle and base are fluted. The sides have decorative texture that echoes the fluting elsewhere.

***Only flaw is two small s cracks on the bottom that do not effect use and are very shallow. They have been filled with a special epoxy so they will not collect debris.

This item is foodsafe, lead free,& top rack dishwasher safe. I wouldn't use it in the microwave though. (Not that it would heat up or explode or anything crazy like that. But I wouldn't necessarily trust the epoxy in the microwave. )
