This is a very attractive top from Jaipur that has a lovely ruffled collar with buttons. There is elastic at the hemline. You'll notice in photo 2 that there's a hole just below the collar which I believe is a type of "keyhole," though usually that's in the front of tops. The measurements are provided provided in photos 3 and 4 but I'll give them here as well: across armpits 18"; shoulder to hem 25". I do believe that this top runs true to size. Because of my recent weight loss, I'd hoped to wear this; however, 100% polyester just doesn't like me. :( This may not be the case for you, so consider my loss your gain and perhaps you'll consider adding this to your wardrobe.
