Your paying to own it for life. The digital copy is as permanent as a hard copy. Sort of like iTunes music, once you buy it you own it. I live in a rural area and only have really bad Satellite internet so I can't stream movies but the process seems pretty straightforward. Just download the Vudu app on your Smartphone, Smart TV, PC, tablet, or whatever else kind of device that is enabled and watch it. I even heard of other apps like Flixter work but I've never used them.
