DEXTER SEASON 1 (2006)

The first season of this drama follows Dexter (Michael C. Hall), a Miami forensic expert who moonlights as a vigilante, as he searches for a murderer known as the Ice Truck Killer. Along the way, Deb (Jennifer Carpenter) is reprimanded for violating the chain of command, Doakes (Erik King) has a brush with Internal Affairs, and a dismembered body is left at a Christmas display. Lauren Velez, David Zayas and Julie Benz also star in Season 1.

DEXTER SEASON 2 (2007)

The Bay Harbor Butcher is hunted in the second season of this addictive drama. Meanwhile, Rita (Julie Benz) suspects Dexter (Michael C. Hall) has a drug problem, Doakes (Erik King) heads a murder investigation involving a military special-ops ranger, and a copycat killer emerges. Keith Carradine joins the cast as Special Agent Lundy, while Jennifer Carpenter, Lauren Velez and David Zayas return in series 2.
