The listing, Uncancelled 1940's St. Vincent King George VI stamp has ended.
The island of St. Vincent featured the beauty of Young's Island on this post war British colony stamp bearing the portrait of King George VI. The stamp is uncancelled and stamp winner will get is shown in the scan. It should be noted the stamp has a purplish violet border and sky in picture is very white against a bluish color for land and fort in illustration. The scan has made the stamp appear darker than it really is.

St. Vincent is a small 150 square mile volcanic island that has suffered from two major volcanic eruptions in the 20th century. The Carribbean island was involved in anti submarine efforts during World War II.
