I am forced to change from FREE SHIPPING to charging a few bucks due to 2 recent fraudulent disputes; one in which I had Delivery Confirmation proof and the buyer still said they didn't get it,...... I assume it's in order to win an auction item AND still keep their pts.???
This auction is for (1) white hand towel, measures approx. 16" x 26" overall,
Electronically embroidered by me, already stitched and packaged, ready to add YOUR address!
I will be going into town and shipping on Wednesday, Feb 22nd, we don't live in town but 7 1/2 miles from civilization!
I WILL NOT SHIP until I have the $3.00 either in Paypal or concealed cash or postage stamps.
Sorry for the new but necessary changes, but I feel if the buyer has something more vested, and their money pay for Delivery Confirmation, maybe they will be HONEST!
