Handmade Red and Black Tutu with Matching Handmade Hair Bow!!!

The tutu is made with ribbon for the waist band so it its not stretchy like elastic.... right now it is 20 inches at the waist... However you can untie the knots and remove some of the tulle and then tie it back together to make it smaller if you want... or if you don't mind a small gap you can tie it around a bigger waist..... from the waist down is roughly 8 1/2 inches.... it is a few inches to big for my 1 year old so maybe for a girl just older than that... the hair bow is on a barrette clip...

to anywhere in the US (PayPal only)...

This item will be shipped Saturday May 22nd so money is due before then....

I do make these in other colors.... this specific auction is for this red and black one that I have already made..... I am thinking about doing another auction where the winner can pick their own colors.... This is only the second tutu I have listed so I am sort of testing the waters I guess you could say!
