These mats are new in the package. Each package has one mat for a 5x7 frame that accommodates a 4x6 or 3.5x5 picture. Great for a frame or even for a scrapbook. One mat is off white with a textured surface (may or may not be visible in the picture). The other mat is a grey or pale blue color (I think I'm going color blind) - not a solid color but that marble or cloud like pattern (may or may not be visible in the picture). They are cardboard like construction (thick and durable). Acid free. I have lots of scrap booking supplies - if the bidding moves on this, I may add some sticker sheets, small card stock sheets, die cuts etc. help me clean stuff up .
