600+ FABULOUS Old to New BUTTONS in BEAUTIFUL Solid WOOD CIGAR BOX with Brass HARDWARE, >2 Lbs!

I have a large button collection (last photo) with thousands of buttons. They range from older vintage (possibly antique) to more recent new. I am no button expert and cannot guarantee the exact materials- but I have provided lots of pictures so that you can make good judgement. Everything shown in the photos is included except for the last photo of course, which is simply to show you my collection from where they came. Most of these buttons were obtained from a lady in the Virgin Islands, who makes jewelry and hair accessories out of buttons and sells them to raise money for various charities. Again, I am no expert.. but I believe included here are some of the following materials: MOP (mother of pearl), Abalone, Celluloid, Bakelite, Lucite, Vegetable Ivory, Metal/brass, various plastics/resins, various other materials, and even a couple walnut shell buttons. All different shapes, sizes and colors.

These lovely buttons come nestled inside a very nice solid wood cigar box "Oliva Series V Melanio". Really pretty color and finish- stained in what looks like a medium shade of golden/honey oak, with satin or matte finish (not gloss). Good size, measures 9-1/4" x 8-1/4" x 1-1/2".

What you see here is exactly what you will get. I have counted the buttons into lots of 100+ and put them into 6 bags, as shown in second to last photo.

Buttons alone weigh 1 pound, 2 ounces. Box weighs 13 ounces. Packaged together in a cardboard box with packing materials, almost 3 lbs. This will cost at least $9.50 to ship via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail, which includes Tracking and $50 Insurance.
