To clarify this and the following comment: In a similar auction that Vedaef won, I messaged him immediately after the auction with the code but an as-yet unknown issue with Listia prevented the message from going through. I've since managed to contact him and send him his code.

I don't blame Vedaef for being angry, I'd be ticked as well if I believed someone was scamming me and other legit users of the site. I do everything within my power to send out the code within minutes of the auction's end, but in this case a technical issue held things up. Fortunately, the matter has been resolved and everyone's happy now, so please don't hesitate to bid on this code if you want it.

Not 100%, but there was another person who won a code from me in the UK who said it didn't work for him. It probably didn't work, but I suppose it's also possible he made a mistake entering the code. Until I hear otherwise, I'm assuming my codes are USA-only.
