There are 5 large buttons (1") and 1 small (3/4"). Four of the buttons are from 'Shields Inc., Attleboro Ma.' One is from 'Rex Products', I can't make out the rest and the little one is from 'Zell Products Corp. NYC'. They all have a metal loop on the back for fastening. Two of the loops are bent over. The odd large one has lost the finish around the rim and on the back, the Shields ones all look good.The WWII can opener was a necessary part of any GI's kit and it still works quite well today. This one has lost its finish but is still usable. It has 'US Shelby Corp.' on it.
