This blouse is made by Silhouettes. The material is 100% polyester crepe. Really pretty shade of green. It buttons down the front. Has triple-tiered ruffle detail on the sleeves. Has princess seaming, front and back and also a back yoke. The tag says size 3X. Please go by the measurements.
