The line you see horizontally through the picture is the plastic from the holder it was in when I scanned it.
I am sorry but I cannot offer GIN on any of my stamp and souvenir sheet listings. I have had allot of people messaging and asking me to do GIN and I have had to decline out of fairness to all who are interested in my auctions.
I will mail within 7 days of the end of the auction.
I live in a very rural area and get to town about once a week.
I proudly reuse and recycle packing envelopes and materials.

Its a "stamp" that is put out for collectors. The stamp or souvenir sheet is usable. Sometimes the stamp is just part of a larger picture on the sheet and sometimes there is more than one stamp on a sheet. Just a fancy way to collect stamps. Hope this helps. Thanks so much for your interest,
