We have put completely new batteries in it, rechargeable batteries. We have tried everything it seems. It just wont connect to get a good connection or something to notice it has batteries in it I suppose, so I am just seeing if someone wants to fix it and they can keep it. It does not have a cord. It is battery operated only.
