The listing, Series 2003-A - $2 Bill - With Illinios Overlay has ended.

The winner will receive the Series 2003-A two dollar bill pictured. It is a REAL $2 bill with an Illinois overlay to celebrate Abraham Lincoln's home state before he was elected president. The overlay is like some kind of sticker or laminate. It looks cool! It will come in a plastic sleeve. It is in great condition, looks to be uncirculated, but I'm not positive.
