From the picture it looks like the boy version can't tell for sure though good luck on your auction. Take a pictture of the back of the cd against the light that way you can view the scratches , the side without the picture is where the data is not the picture.at least I think iI'm right lol XD

It definitely appears to be scratched up. The label side is the most important, as that's where the data is. If that is scratched/scuffed up, the disc is at least 10x more likely to not work. Please test the disc if you can, but a lot of people won't want it for the scratches that are visible in the picture shown. :(

i dont have a way o test it but i dont see any scratches at all on it i think it was the eay my camera took the picture since i had the flash on but if for some reason it does not play i will refund the persons credits back
