yes it has a cam. not sure bout mp3. i know you can play music on it, theres a nice size speaker when you open it up so it plays songs pretty loud + theres a place for headphones

i had a contract but i dont know if theres a way to get it modified to make it prepaid. i do know that there are techs that you can find online that can modify and make about any phone work with any company so they probably could mod it into a prepais if thats what u were wantn
