The 2 smaller spools are polyester, the 4 larger cones are not marked. If you could tell me a way too tell if they are cotton, polyester or a blend I will check and see if, I can give you a better answer.

If you Google it tells you a test. You use tweezers, a match and do it over a sink of water. Polyester flares up. But, don't worry about it. I guess polyester or a blend.
If you give brand names and content, when you can, thread and fabric sell better here.

Ok, I went on line to try and figure this out, I did the "burn test" on a piece and it shrivels and disappears when burnt.
Please let me know if, I can tell any other ways or if, you have any other questions.
