This is the first Topps card for Green Bay Packers legendary QB BRETT FAVRE.
While some other companies carried Favre in 1991 (in a Falcons jersey, no less), Topps did not issue a Favre card until 1992. It was signified in old price guides with "FTC" (first Topps card) and was considered the equivalent of a rookie; in kind, the card's value is similar to that of his 1991 rookie issues.

IMPORTANT:
