My husband and I use to take in a number of International students that attended the local community college. They always brought gifts upon their arrival. This display box was one such gift that had some kind of treats in it. It is several years old but it is still in very good condition. Make sure you view all the pics for the details. There is wear and tear due to it sitting around. I am not exactly sure what material it is made of but I think it is a cardboard box covered in some sort of plastic coating. It has a felt coating on the bottom. It really is a very pretty box. As the photos reveal, in certain light you can see glue spots on it. I honestly don't know if it came that way or not. There are some scratches as well. I don't want to make it worse by trying to get them off.
