Did your account lapse or have an issue? If there was an issue, did you call Ganz and see if they could fix it? With over 200 pets on one account and a second account w/a lot of critters too (I forget how many on that one), I would be SCREAMING at Ganz if it was an issue on their end!

No my annual account died like when you log in a webkinz and you get an extra year for your membership it ended so i'm trying to get this.
