New in package/box. Aveeno baby Eczema Therapy Bath Treatment. Oatmeal bath soak that you put in water and soak the baby in. But can also be used for adults, obviously, who have any type of sensitive skin or a skin condition. Bought this when I had been attacked by mosquitoes and their bites were killing me, but found that anti-itch cream was easier to deal with than soaking in oatmeal.
