You are bidding on one long piece of GIRL SCOUT Fold Over Elastic. I measured it to be almost 6 feet. It is definitely more than 5 1/2 feet.

You can wear it in your hair or on your wrist like a bracelet. They also work well to attach business cards to LulaRoe leggings, if you roll the leggings for packaging.

I will not ship this on a card, it will come inside a note card via standard mail. If you would like a card to put it on for a gift please let me know. It will not be the card pictured.
