The winner will receive the United States souvenir sheet pictured. It was issued in 1966 to celebrate the sixth International Philatelic Exhibition in Washington D.C. It is mint, never hinged. HOWEVER: there is some kind of black fuzz stuck on the back. It will probably have to be soaked if you want to get rid of it. Please judge its condition for yourself.
