I got lots of them & the value is unbelievable. Sorry but different collectors think different on lot of stuff. This is not wear b/c all mine is smudged or missing the I in In.

It's called a "planchet" AU58 ICG. It's featured at Heritage Auctions now and listed at $149.50....yes it's classified as an error coin.
(otherwise all those experts are wrong lol )
