You get one pair of 00 ( double zero) ear gauge plugs shaped as bullets.As soon as I saw these I loved them and started stretching my ears. I went ahead and bought them with plans to get to 00 but I stopped at 4 gauge. I don't want to go so big now, so these have never been worn. (I still have my 4 gauge earrings in as proof)
They are very nice.
I paid $15.00 for them.
They have a little groove on the back that the O ring fits into so they won't slide out of your ear.
As soon as this auction is over, I'll ship these out the next day.
