Description

The listing, Reprint Old Pattern Books Choose One has ended.

These are NEWLY reprinted pattern books not some worn out torn copy. The originals of these were from about 1918 to 1936. Those days teen age girls made these things for their HOPE chests. Can you imagine sitting there for years and knitting and crocheting a whole box full? I love the dragon in filet crochet. You can use just parts of these patterns to make modern things. You don't really need corset covers but the small medallions would be great on handkerchiefs. Or the third book Learn How to do Crocheting, knitting, tatting, hairpin lace, and embroidery. The fourth is a reprint of Needlecraft Magazine for 1922. The fifth is Alphabets 8 for crocheting and one for tatting.no date. Choose ONE OF THESE. If you want another just add $3 each to the shipping charge. Please tell me which one (s) you want. The number of pages in each is 15, 15, 32, 28 & 15. order.
Questions & Comments

I am guessing the learn how book will tell me the supplies I need? These are very interesting. I have partly finished tatting projects that were my Grandma's and I would love to finish them, but did not know how :) Now maybe you have given me a solution!

That book teaches 6 kinds of needlework. Enough to keep you busy for a whi8le. I also have 2 other books only on tatting. Did your grandmother have a tatting shuttle? You will need one of those although the modern method is with a needle. Tatting is the one thing I have never done. I just never found the time for it.
