These were given to me and I was told that they were doll skirts but, when I opened them and looked, they seem to be more like hats for infants, maybe.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

I think they might be for the half dolls, they would fit down inside and then use them to cover a jar or tp on back of tank maybe. I am still looking though.

i believe that these may be part of our neighbors to the south cultural heritage. The girls have at age 15 or quince their quincienierra. think of our sweet 16. These i believe are part of one of the ceremonies. and they represent the flowing twirling skirts of gilrs dancing. they put like corks in the "skirt' and fly them like lil frisbees thru the air there can be hundreds in the air. they are said to then gather all the best wishes, love, wisdom success from the revelers and they are presented to the nina. any way i cant think of the name exactly but i think is what you have maybe. cute and believe.... these fiestas are famosa para mas bien y alegre tiempo. Gracias
