what does this do? is it a thing that you charge the case and then you plug it to a phone and it charges? also does this work for iPhones?

No. It is a case for your iPhone that only charges when you set it on the pad. Fanned for your interest.

This is only for iPhone's. What you do is plug your phone into the one piece that looks like a case(that is basically what it is) and use it as such. When you are at hind off the evening or at work or wherever, all you have to do to charge the phone is just set it on the "pad". No need to plug and unplug every timd you charge your phone anymore. The reason I'm getting rid of this one is because I bought the triple charging PowerPad that charges 3 devices at once. This is a single charger. Can only charge one device at a time.
