I got it for christmas but havent used it. I will do GIN if you would like if it is did before a bid is made.Just took it out of the box to take pictures. Its brand new, never used. It has Piedmont Community health Plan wrote on the back of it with their website & telephone number. Took pic to show you that. Also took a pic of it on to show you it works. Shipping on this will be $5.75.That is with delivery confirmation. Sorry cant afford free shipping right now. If I havent heard anything from you within 7 days & shipping hasnt been paid item will be relisted & credits wont be refunded.
