Last year I managed to bring in a grand total of 6,000 box tops,which is a value of $600 for her school. This year is almost over and I have only managed to bring in about 600 box tops. this looks like boys wqith 7 pieces not 23 so will the shipping be cheaper??

No check those photos again, there is 23 total pieces... There is three photos total not just one. Two of the photos show 8 pieces each, and one has 7 pieces. So 8+8=16+7=23 pieces total, which is just too much to ship in small flat rate, and by the time you add all the weight up, it would cost MORE to ship it parcel post. So medium flat rate is best route.
