This large Paperback Text Book is in Great overall condition, I don't see any writing on the inside pages, however a few of the (fun but not necessary) sticky labels are missing, and the flash card (paper pages) have been cut out already (but appear to all be there and are included!). These are just extras to help you practice! The cover seems to be loosening from the spine, but a little glue should fix it, if so desired! Bumper stickers and travel stickers included. Book is published by Bilingual Books, Inc./Cliffs Notes, 1988.

This is a duplicate that I own and I really liked this set up to help you dive right into learning. It has a nice n simple format, making it as easy as possible for beginners.This book uses Romaji to help the learner be able to quickly speak/learn the language (without having to have to first learn to read hiragana/katakana or kanji). Romaji is the romanization of Japanese (iow, using the Latin alphabet to write the Japanese language)

i recently started using this book (i have two copies so am giving away the extra copy i have), but I think I am understanding a lot more (sentence structure) and learning more vocab at a faster pace than many of the other tools I've learned so far! but of course, it all comes down to your own discipline in the end! you have to make yourself study for 10-30 minutes a day to learn (any new language or thing!) (^_^)v ~ ganbare!

well, keep in mind Pez, that the Japanese don't technically have any *true* swear words.. (even a word like 'kuso' can be said by a child and an adult won't bat an eye) and much of the time subs are varied (for the same word) for effect. If you watch Viz/SJ licensed subbed dvd's, then the subbing is usually right on.. but if you're watching Malysian or fan-subs, then it might be somewhat off-base (but close enough) ;P ~ sorry, I don't pay much attention to Hiyori.. all I know is that my hubby sliced the annoying little brat in half .. hehe (^,^)v

Shimate Saya!! WTF?!?! sorry you see i havent actually seen the end of the aizen thing...i watched the past arc again <3 now im rewatching aizen's battle from that point, you know "hiyori dies?!?!?"...ug not only that ive gain a hell of respect for shinji and that makes it hurt that much more....im having such a hard time going through it all, i told my bf last nite the last 4 captains all got pawned and i said they still got like 10 episodes before kisuke gets knocked out; its so hard to stay focused when everyone's down (esp through the Tosen stuff. I didnt know whether to laugh or cry... -_-) ug...ur so mean saya!! hahaha, did u like that pic i sent u?? :3
